What to expect
If you are a new client we asked that you arrive 5 - 10 min prior to your appointment to complete the required documentation for your massage service. At that time you will meet with me to discuss what your needs and goals are for the session. Once completed you will be taken to our massage room and to undress to your level of comfort. All areas of your body will be covered at all time during your session with exception to the area I will be treating. Your specific need for the massage is important and no massage is the same, your massage will be customized to meet your needs. Once the session has been completed I will leave the room for you to redress.
Our clients confidentiality is of the utmost importance, all rules and regulations are adhered to.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment so we ask that if you are running late please call to let us know. If we have a client scheduled after your session we will try our best to still accommodate you. Our appointment times reserved for each client, which makes it difficult to exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. If you are with 15 minutes late of your appointment this time will be deducted from your session and your treatment will be modified. Any time over 20 min will require you to reschedule your appointment.
If you are unable to keep an appointment we ask that all cancellations be made 24 hour prior to your appointment. We understand there are sometime extenuating circumstances that might occur.
Ethics / Inappropriate Behavior
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. The goal of each session is to provide each client with "The Power of Touch" promoting healing and wellness. Any actions outside of this is strictly prohibited and will result in refusal of any services in the future.
Not valid for clients who have visited within the past 6 months
Limit ONE Groupon per person and limit to ONE per visit
Groupon is NON TRANSFERABLE and can only be used by the buyer
May purchase ONE additional Groupon as a gift
